2015 Affiliation & Tournament Fees
Minor Male & Female Divisions (U10 Mite to U18 Midget)
Affiliation Fee
$10.00 Per Player (For 1-Year).
*Minimum Affiliation Fee Per Team $200.00.
Tournament Fee
$250.00 per tournament.
Fee Deadline
Due 14-days prior to tournament.
*Any team that drops out of a Minor Tournament 7-days prior will lose their tournament fee.
Tournament Roster
Due 14-days prior to tournament.
*Please note changes can be made prior to the start of the first day.
Tournament Schedule
Completed and posted online 6-days prior to tournament.
*Softball NL will use last year’s standings (where possible) to determine divisional play.
**Please Note: All Coaches, Players, Parents & Umpires should check online for any changes to schedules due to unforeseen circumstances.
IMPORTANT NOTES
All affiliation and tournament registration should be submitted by emailing softballnlstaff@hotmail.com.
Teams/Associations must complete and submit the form found at www.softballnl.ca/forms/association-registration-form/ and include ALL PLAYERS AND COACHES. Partially completed forms will not be accepted.
It is the RESPONSIBILITY OF THE INDIVIDUAL ASSOCIATIONS to ensure that all adult volunteers involved with minor teams and tournaments have a current certificate of conduct and vulnerable sector check.
Affiliation forms and fees are due Tuesday, June 30 at 12:00 noon.
