Softball Newfoundland Labrador (Softball NL) is seeking experienced and dedicated softball coaches. This is a tremendous opportunity to work with athletes in a competitive environment and help shape the future of fastpitch softball in our province.
Softball NL is now accepting applications for Coaching Staff positions for the following 2026 Provincial High Performance (All-Star) Teams.

– U15 Female
– U15 Male
– U17 Female
– U17 Male
Responsibilities
– Develop And Implement Training Programs.
– Provide A Detailed Practice Plan, Off-Season Plan And Season Plan.
– Foster A Positive, Inclusive, And Competitive Environment.
Qualifications
– Proven Softball Coaching Experience At The Competitive Level.
– Strong Leadership And Communication Skills.
– Ability To Work In A Fast Paced Team Environment.
– Commitment To Athlete Development.
– Competition Introduction NCCP Certification (Or Willingness To Obtain).
