Softball NL Annual General Meeting Information
The Softball Newfoundland and Labrador Annual General Meeting will be held early in the New Year!
All are welcome to attend the Softball NL AGM, but it is important to note that only voting delegates will be entitled to vote.

Softball NL Notion of Motion Form
The Notice of Motion Form is required for any motions to be presented at the Annual General Meeting.
As per the Softball Newfoundland & Labrador Constitution, any motions must be received by Softball NL 30 days prior to the Annual General Meeting.
The deadline to submit any motion is Thursday, December 15th, 2011.
All motions must be emailed directly to Softball NL at softball@sportnl.ca.
Please pre-register your team/association’s voting delegates by emailing Softball NL at softball@sportnl.ca by Friday, December 30th, 2011.
Any changes to voting delegates after this date require written documentation stating the new replacement.
