Softball NL Is Seeking An Experienced And Dedicated Softball Coach To Lead Our U15 Male Development Team For The 2025 Season. This Is A Tremendous Opportunity To Work With Athletes In A Competitive Environment And Help Shape The Future Of Fastpitch Softball In Our Province.
Responsibilities
– Develop And Implement Training Programs.
– Provide A Detailed Practice Plan, Off Season Plan And Season Plan.
– Foster A Positive, Inclusive, And Competitive Environment.
Qualifications
– Proven Softball Coaching Experience At The Competitive Level.
– Strong Leadership And Communication Skills.
– Ability To Work In A Fast Paced Team Environment.
– Commitment To Athlete Development.
– Competition Introduction NCCP Certification (Or Willingness To Obtain).
