CORRECTION NOTICE
2012 CERTIFICATE OF CONDUCT AND VULNERABLE SECTOR QUERY
Softball Newfoundland & Labrador wishes to advise the following correction to correspondence sent Tuesday, April 24th, 2012:
Softball NL DOES REQUIRE League Presidents to submit a copy of the current completed Certificate of Conduct AND Vulnerable Sector Query when submitting the attached summary form.
Certificate of Conduct AND Vulnerable Sector Query MUST be from within the previous 6 months. As noted, these are free for volunteers.
Softball NL will not permit any coaching staff members, adults, or other volunteers who have not been given these clearances or do not have completed documents on file with Softball NL to take the field during Softball NL sanctioned minor events in 2012. Please make sure to begin this process immediately and communicate this to all of your coaches to take action upon so that teams are not affected when the season begins.
