Goulds captured the 2011 Pepsi Minor Provincial Fastpitch Midget Boys Championship with a 3-2 extra-inning win over Placentia.
With the win, Goulds finished the tournament with a 4-1 overall record and have now claimed the Midget Provincial Crown four straight years (2008-2009-2010-2011).
Placentia held a 2-1 lead heading into the Bottom of the 7th Inning, but Ryan Kirk hit a Solo HR to tie the game 2-2 and force extra innings.
Placentia were unable to score in the Top of the 8th Inning, while Goulds Geoff Stack scored the winning run in the Bottom of the 8th Inning with a SAC Fly.
