3R 4th: With 1-Out: Jason Hill was Hit-By-Pitch, Ryan Boland reached on an infield hit and Hill advanced to second base on the play, Peter Kavanagh came on to pinch-run for Ryan Boland, a wild pitch allowed Hill to advance to third base and Kavanagh to advance to second base, Kyle Ezekiel singled to centerfield to score Hill and Kavanagh and an error allowed Kyle Ezekiel to advance all the way to third base and Shane Boland grounded out 5-3 to score Kyle Ezekiel.
4R 5th: Mathieu Roy led-off the inning with a walk, Roy stole second base, With 1-Out: Brad Ezekiel was walked intentionally, a wild pitch allowed Roy to advance to third base and Brad Ezekiel to advance to second base and With 2-Out: Jason Hill was walked intentionally to load the bases and Ryan Boland stepped to the plate and hit a walk-off Grand Slam Home Run to right-field to give his NL Galway Hitmen an 8-0 Win in 5-Innings and their 6th Canadian Championship in 7-years.
