Tournament Host Responsibilities
The following is a list of the Tournament Host Responsibilities for all Softball NL Provincial Minor Fastpitch and Slo-Pitch Tournaments…
1. Assign A Tournament Director
2. Liaise With Softball NL And The NL Umpires Association To Identify And Assign A DUIC For Tournament
3. Scorekeeping (Game Scores, Stats, Players of the Game)
4. Posting Game Scores & Standings For All To See (At Field)
5. Make Sure Facilities Are In Good Condition
6. To Ensure ONLY Softball NL Sponsors Products Are Sold
7. To Ensure Coaches & Players Are Wearing Proper Clothing/Footwear
8. Assist With The Presentations of Tournament Awards
9. Retrieve Balls (If Necessary, The Host Is Responsible For Purchasing More)
10. Pick-Up Awards, Balls & Tournament Package At Softball NL Office
11. Assist Tournament Director & Softball NL During Tournament
12. Where Possible, Provide Canteen Service
