The Board of Softball Newfoundland & Labrador (Softball NL) is pleased to Announce the Appointment of Joseph (Joe) Devereaux to the position of Umpire-in-Chief (UIC) for Newfoundland Labrador.
Joe’s background in Softball spans some fifty years as a player, coach, organizer, and umpire. Softball NL is confident that Joe’s background and experience will be valuable assets going forward as the Province’s Umpire-in-Chief and in his role as liaison with the National Umpire’s Association.
At this time, Softball NL would also like to thank outgoing Umpire-in-Chief John Sullivan for his contribution in that position.
