URGENT: Umpires Needed!
Softball Newfoundland Labrador is very concerned about the availability of registered umpires in our system. Over the past number of years we have been very encouraged by the growth of the number of players in our game which has resulted in an ever increasing number of tournaments, however, the number of umpires have not increased accordingly. In this regard we are asking all of our organizations to consider registering more umpires in their respective areas.
Umpires are an integral part of our game and Softball NL will help in every way possible to provide clinics to interested groups or individuals. These clinics should take place before the softball season begins.
