1. Softball NL will be in contact with each Team/Association registered in 2015 to confirm the number of Voting Delegates;
2. Softball NL will send information regarding the AGM through Team/Association representatives only. Representatives are responsible for forwarding this information to their membership. All information will also be posted on the Softball NL website at www.softballnl.ca. If you are no longer the contact person for your Team/Association please let us know immediately by emailing Softball NL at softball@sportnl.ca.
