Coaching Course (Competition Introduction)
Softball NL is pleased to announce and begin taking Registration for the first Softball Canada/NCCP Coaching Course for the 2018 Season!
On April 28-29, Softball NL will be offering Weekend One of Competition Introduction – What to Coach (Level 2). Please be advised, that in order to be qualified to coach at Provincials, Softball NL requires that you have taken either the Ongoing Participation Course OR Weekend One of Competition Introduction – What To Coach.
Weekend One of Competition Introduction – What to Coach (Level 2)
Dates: Saturday, April 28 & Sunday, April 29
Time: 8:30am to 5:00pm (Both Days)
Location: Roncalli Central High School (Avondale)
Course Fee: $125
To Register, please email Dave Feener (Softball NL Executive Director) at executivedirector@softballnl.ca no later than Friday, April 13, 2018. Fees can be paid on the first day of the course, but to assist with ordering the correct amount of materials, you need to Register by April 13.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Before you register and participate in the course, you must have obtained an NCCP (National Coaching Certification Program) Number. If you don’t have one, please visit the Coaching Association of Canada’s Link to The Locker.
When you register and receive your number, this number will be your NCCP Number for life, so any Coaching Courses that you do with any sport will all be associated and linked to your number.
Softball NL will also be offering Weekend Two of Competition Introduction – How to Coach on June 2-3. More details (Location & Registration) for that course will be announced soon. Stay Tuned!
