NCCP Competition – Introduction Part A
Softball Newfoundland Labrador are pleased to announce the following NCCP Clinic:
NCCP Competition – Introduction Part A
Dates: April 7-9
Location: St. John’s
Cost: $165.00
Prerequisite Certification: NCCP Community Coach or NCCP Level 1 (Softball)
Minimum of 10 participants registered by Wednesday, March 29 required to offer this clinic.
Please note that following the completion of NCCP Competition-Introduction (Part A and Part B) coaches will have attained “TRAINED” status.
To earn “CERTIFIED” status the coach must complete the following:
– Make Ethical Decisions (MED) – Online
– On-field evaluation (scheduled between the coach and evaluator following completion of Part A, Part B, and the online MED)
Softball Newfoundland Labrador would like to remind all members that coaches representing Newfoundland Labrador at Canadian Championships and Eastern Canadian Championships must have attained FULL certification of NCCP Competition – Introduction (or Level 2 Equivalent).
For information on the above clinics or to register, please email Paul Smith at softball.coach@hotmail.com. Coaches must commit to attend the respective clinic for the duration of time scheduled as they will not be credited unless all requirements are met in full. Fees must be paid in full no later than the start of the first day of the clinic registered.
