Softballers Among Finalists For 2020 Provincial Awards
Softball NL is pleased to announce that 3 Cheers Pub Dodgers have been named a Finalist for the 2020 Provincial Annual Awards.
Unfortunately, the Stars and Legends Awards Gala will not be going ahead as planned. In the interest of caution as the province works to navigate the challenges imposed by COVID-19, SportNL has determined that the presentation of these prestigious awards will be hosted virtually via Social Media on Thursday, August 05, 2021 at 4:00pm.
3 Cheers Pub Dodgers (St. John’s) have been named a Finalist for the 2020 Team of the Year Award. The winner will be presented with the Edward P. Browne Memorial Award.
The 3 Cheers Pub Dodgers were the top team in the Molson Coors St. John’s Senior Men’s Fastpitch League in 2020. The Dodgers finished 1st Place during the Regular Season (14-10 Record), captured the Molson Coors John Gorman Memorial Fastpitch Tournament Championship (4-2 Record) and captured the Senior League Title (6-0 Record). The Dodgers finished the 2020 season with a 24-12 Overall Win-Loss Record (.667 Winning Percentage). With team success came individual success and the Dodgers had plenty of that in 2020…
