* Tournament registration forms should be submitted by emailing softballnlstaff@hotmail.com
*Teams/associations must complete and submit the form found at www.softballnl.ca/forms/team-registration-form/ and include ALL PLAYERS AND COACHES. Partially completed forms and/or late entries will not be accepted
* It is the RESPONSIBILITY OF THE INDIVIDUAL ASSOCIATIONS to ensure that all adult volunteers involved with minor teams and tournaments have a current certificate of conduct and vulnerable sector check.
* Affiliation forms and fees are also due Tuesday June 30 at 12:00 noon. Teams that are not affiliated will not be permitted entry into any Provincial tournaments and therefore not included in scheduling.
