Urgent Information: Certificate of Conduct & Vulnerable Sector Query
ALL COACHES, MANAGERS, OR OTHER VOLUNTEERS INVOLVED WITH SOFTBALL NEWFOUNDLAND & LABRADOR SANCTIONED MINOR TOURNAMENTS OR EVENTS MUST HAVE A COMPLETED CERTIFICATE OF CONDUCT AND VULNERABLE SECTOR QUERY FROM THE PAST 6 MONTHS TO PARTICIPATE WITH SOFTBALL NL IN 2012.

These checks are free to volunteers. If your association does not already have a template created for verifying your coaches are volunteers please modify the one below:
Softball Volunteers Verification Association President
Club teams that are not part of an association may request that Softball NL submit a letter verifying the individuals are volunteers with Softball Newfoundland & Labrador.
Softball NL requires that all associations complete this process with their coaches and submit the attached Volunteers Summary Form by June 1st. Association Presidents must sign the form to verify that the individuals have successfully been screened WITHIN THE LAST 6 MONTHS. Associations retain the forms returned by RCMP and or RNC. Do not submit the returned individual certificate of conduct or vulnerable sector query forms to Softball NL unless requested.
The process is not always fast so please begin ASAP.
